Richard DiCarlo works on the Social Justice and Outreach team here at St Patrick focusing on the area of education and advocacy. He came to this position after serving 25 years with the Phoenix Police Dept where he spent most of his career working in low-income neighborhoods. He always challenged himself to bring his social ministry experiences into his daily contacts with individuals on the street.
